It is honestly SO difficult these days to feel good, the odds are stacked against us! I spent many years going to the doctor only to be given the next medication and leave feeling defeated.
My job is to provide support alongside with your doctors, therapists, and other providers. During our time together we will take into account your lifestyle, habits, nutrition, health history, the whole package. Together we will create a plan to slowly integrate self-care habits and a nutrient dense food plan tailored for your beautiful bio-individual self.
Through our sessions together, you will start to feel more in tune with your body, and healing will naturally progress from there.
